Plus her rates are beyond reasonable. After selling our home, we’ve become great friends with her and her team! I joke that she’s basically my real estate agent, my property manager, my general contractor, my bookkeeper, my handyman, my therapist and so much more! We were expecting to have our house on the market for 90 days considering the average days on market was 74. Well we went under contract within 2 weeks and closed under 3 weeks start to finish. She set up the repairmen, set up payment systems, secured the house, staged, cleaned, showed the home multiple times with open houses and private showings, all while I was on vacation with my family!
